Thank you for your participation and continual support to the Programme. We wish you a prosperous year of 2018.

In this issue of e-Bulletin, we are pleased to inform you that a new feature will be added to the IT platform with an aim to give you more timely notifications of investigation results.

Hourly Notification

Under the Programme, you may refer Project Patients to the Hospital Authority (HA) for specified laboratory tests and X-rays as necessary. Currently, you and your Relieving Doctor, if applicable, will receive a notification in the eHRSS Inbox once a day if result(s) of the requested investigation is/are available for review in the eHRSS. 

With effect from 19 January 2018, the frequency of such notification will be increased from once a day (currently at 08:00) to hourly during 08:00-20:00. After requesting laboratory tests / X-rays for your Project Patients, please check relevant investigation results under the eHRSS Viewer timely for necessary follow-up.
