To enhance your experience in medication documentation, we have reviewed the common dosage and frequency of Programme Drugs. The pull-down list of dosage and frequency for standard drug items will be revised with effect from 21 November 2019.

Please be reminded to take extra caution when entering or copying prescription records on the IT platform. You may still enter the dosage and frequency not on the suggested list as clinically indicated using the free text function.
