Dear Doctors,

Pursuant to the request of enhancing List of Participating Service Provider (PSP) from patients, we have issued an e-bulletin to notify all the PSPs last December and received no adverse comment. The enhanced list, including further details of doctor’s gender and service status, will then be available from 15 January 2019 for patients’ information.

In future, you may notify us by email if you stop receiving new patient applications, foresee service interruption or changes that will affect patients. Changes will be made effective within 14 days upon receipt of your notice.
