Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Programmes

HA has long valued its collaboration with the private sector in expanding healthcare service and choices for our patients through the clinical PPP programmes.

General Outpatient Clinic Public-Private Partnership Programme (GOPC PPP)

Patients fulfilling pre-defined clinical criteria and programme requirements and who have been attending HA Outpatient Clinic for at least 12 months will be invited to join the Programme to receive primary care service from the private sector.

Project on Enhancing Radiological Investigation Services through Collaboration with the Private Sector (Radi Collaboration)

HA cancer patients fulfilling specific clinical criteria can be referred to the private sector for radiological diagnostic examinations as part of their cancer care.

Cataract Surgeries Programme (CSP)

Patients on HA clusters’ routine cataract surgery waiting lists can join the Programme, and receive cataract surgeries performed by private ophthalmologists.

Haemodialysis Public-Private Partnership Programme (HD PPP)

Patients who are receiving haemodialysis treatment in HA with stable conditions can join the Programme to receive haemodialysis in the community.

Colon Assessment Public-Private Partnership Programme (Colon PPP)

Project patients being invited by the Hospital Authority can choose a private specialist for colon assessment.

Glaucoma Public-Private Partnership Programme (Glaucoma PPP)

Patients who are receiving glaucoma treatment in HA can be invited to join the Programme to receive private specialist services in the community.
