    The General Outpatient Clinic Public-Private Partnership Programme (GOPC PPP) is planned to conclude in 2028. Participating patients will be invited to join the Chronic Disease Co-care Pilot Scheme (CDCC) and continue to receive comprehensive care from family doctor in the community.

    Issue 25 - Review of Investigation Result

    Dear Doctors,

    From time to time, you’ll refer GOPC PPP patients via the IT Platform to undergo laboratory tests and x-rays services provided by HA. Please be reminded to review these relevant results or reports timely to follow-up with patients on their chronic disease management plan.

    You will receive a notification of GOPC PPP Examination Referral Result in the eHR Inbox when the relevant results are available in the eHR Viewer under “Laboratory Record” and “Radiology Record” respectively for your review. The envelope icon on the top right-hand corner will turn into orange colour to remind you that you have new message.
