The World Hypertension Day on the 17th of May every year is to educate the public and patients to increase their awareness of hypertension and its related complications, and the preventive measures that could be taken. As a family doctor, you are well aware of the importance of monitoring blood pressure for patients during each subsidized chronic visit and record the measurements in the IT platform to keep track of good medical records for patients.
