Issue 39 - Phasing out of Patient Handheld Record

2-9-2021

Dear Doctors,

Over the years, GOPC PPP Handheld Record has been used for recording the consultation date and reason of consultation after each subsidized visit for patient’s reference.

Moving towards a paperless future, we are pleased to announce that a new function under 醫健通eHealth App will be made available for GOPC PPP participating patients by end November 2021. Participating patients who downloaded this App with their account authenticated could view the attendance records and service quotas under the Programme with just one simple click.

With this new feature, patients could also view Blood Pressure, Heart Rate and Investigation Referral recorded by PSP at each consultation visit. Patients could also keep track their blood pressure and blood sugar records easily with the “Health Management” function.

In line with this direction, GOPC PPP Patient Handheld record will be phased out.  Newly enrolled patient will be advised to bring along the Programme Confirmation Notice when he/she attends subsidized visit at your clinic.  For patient who fails to present such Notice at visit, PSP and/or clinic staff could also use the “Patient Admission Checking” function in GOPC PPP Administration Page to view the patient’s participant information.
